Improvments at Training Grounds
Thanks to several club members including one of our newest, Devin Cryer, some much need roadway repairs were made prior to Spring HT.
Limestone base material was delivered and used repair the Gate 2 area and to create a parking pad at the equipment shack. Devin brought a tractor which helped immensely. Thanks to everyone who helped out.

PARC welcomed a new member, Joey Suire of Bridge City at our March 2nd meeting. A former member, Jimmie Boland of Nederland rejoined. We are certainly glad to you you two become a part of PARC.

Remembering Jerry Tullier
PARC members honored the memorial of Jerry Tullier with the presentation of a plaque to his widow, Anna Tullier, son Steven and his wife Stacy.
The club also made a memorial contribution to the Human Society of SE Texas.
Jerry was a PARC member for more than 50 years and served as the club treasurer for many years.
Jerry passed away in January after battling brain cancer.
PARC member, Brad Beaulieu and "Saltgrass's Sticky Gumbo", qualified at the 2018 Master Nation held in Roseburg, Oregon. Very well done. Congrats!
PARC member, Wayne Stupka, and "Mr Lee's Magnificent Miss Margie" pick up a Jam at the 2018 Fall Field Trial. Well done.
"Ajax's Jacob's Shot of Black Powder, MHN", owned by PARC's Ed Rischka and handled by Kirk Wichman qualfied at this year's Master Nationals. This puts "Jake" in a special group of Master National Hall of Fame dogs with 4 qualifications (2013, 14, 16, and 17)
This year, "Jake" was one of 57 dogs to qualifiy in a flight with 126 dogs.
PARC's Brad Beaulieu qualified "Try It You'll Like It" ("Mikey") at the 2017 Master Nationals.
"Mikey" is owned by John Leger and trained by Brad. He was one of only 45 dogs to qualify from a field of 131 in his flight. Dogs in that flight had an average age of 6.5 years. "Mikey" will be 3 years old in November. Quite an accomplishment.

A traveling trophy, "The Broussard Cup" was established in honor of Lee and Marjorie Broussard in 2013. It is awarded each fall to the top Amateur at the PARC Fall Field Trials.
This year's winner is Watermark's You'll Remember Me, NFC-FC.
